EE SYSTEM Client Preparation Sheet

Welcome theThe Glastonbury EE Centre.  We hope you enjoy the experience with us today. Here is a little extra info to bear in mind whilst sharing the space with others.

1) The Environment

Quiet Group Setting: Many guests prefer silence during the session and may want to nap, meditate, or simply rest, so it would be preferable to keep chatter to a minimum whilst in session.

Scent‑Free Space: Please arrive clean, free from body odour and avoid heavy perfume, aftershave or lotions/oils out of respect for others and any potential allergies/sensitivities

Phones & devices: Turn off or put on airplane mode before entering. No calls, photos, or recordings in the room. It is important to keep the space EMF free so it doesn’t disrupt the scalar waves and you get the most out of the session without distractions.

Shoes: Please take your shoes off upon entering the room and leave them outside or in the basket provided inside.

2) Before You Come (24 hours prior)

  • Hydrate well (water or herbal tea). Bring a sealed water bottle to sip.

  • Eat light 1 - 2 hours beforehand (avoid heavy meals and alcohol or other intoxicants). Scalar therapy can have a detoxifying effect so the better prepared you are the more benefits you will receive.

  • For the safety and wellbeing of all clients and staff, the use of drugs or alcohol before or during your session is strictly prohibited. Guests who appear to be under the influence may be refused entry or asked to leave the session.

  • Dress for comfort in soft, layered clothing (room can feel cool when you relax).

  • Set an intention (e.g rest, clarity, calm) optional but helpful.

3) What to Bring (optional)

  • Water bottle.

  • Socks/slippers (no outdoor shoes in the energy room).

  • Eye mask, and/or ear plugs  if you’re light‑sensitive or sound‑sensitive.

  • Extra blankets, pillows or neck support if desired. Blankets and pillows are also provided in the room.

4) Arrival & Parking

  • Arrive at your scheduled start time (or no more than 5–10 minutes early). The waiting area is outside and weather‑dependent - please dress accordingly.

  • Free street parking is often available nearby; otherwise, there is paid public parking at the top of our street ‘Norbins Rd Carpark’ (behind the High Street).

  • Check in quietly, staff will guide you to your seat.

  • Arriving late may shorten your session, we also ask you to leave in a timely fashion so we can prepare the space for the next session.

5) In the Room

  • Quiet please. Whisper only if absolutely necessary; many guests are sleeping.

  • No food in the room. Water with a lid is welcome.

  • Settle in, close your eyes, and allow yourself to rest/meditate/nap.

  • If you start to snore we may gently wake you so others can rest peacefully.

  • If you need to leave briefly, do so gently and re‑enter quietly.

  • Water and herbal teas are also available.

  • Bathroom facilities are on site.

6) After Your Session

  • Hydrate again and move gently (a short walk helps you ground).

  • Plan for calm afterwards if you can - avoid strenuous activity.

  • A warm 20-30 minute detox salt bath or foot soak. Bath: 2 cups sea‑salt + 2 cups bi-carb soda. Footbath: 1 cup sea-salt + 1 cup bi-carb soda.

  • This is a shared healing space, please be mindful and considerate.
